For NY State Assembly · District 66
Furhan for Assembly
You came looking for Furhan — welcome. He spent over two decades serving New Yorkers as an EMT, NYPD officer, and FDNY firefighter, and he is running to bring that same first-responder commitment to Albany for the neighborhoods he calls home.

Meet Furhan
Furhan has spent his life inside the systems New Yorkers depend on — answering 911 calls as an EMT, walking a beat as a police officer, and running into fires with the FDNY. He has lived and worked across downtown Manhattan for years, and he is running for the open District 66 seat to make sure safety, housing, and care reach people before a crisis hits, not after.
Three Priorities for District 66
01
Healthcare
Everyone in District 66 deserves access to the care they need, not just in emergencies, but every day.
02
Human Dignity and Quality of Life
Safety is about more than enforcement. It is about dignity, stability, and trust.
03
Housing
Housing is the foundation everything else is built on.
